Shipping Damage or Shortage:
In the event your order arrives with visible damage, document damage with delivering carrier. Report any shortages to Unser Karting within 5 business days of receipt.
1. Please call Customer Service (720-282-5000) for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Items returned MUST have a RA# or they will be refused at the shipper’s expense. Returns must be in original undamaged package or carton to receive credit.
2. Fill out the return form included with your order
3. Carefully package the item in its original packaging
4. Place a copy of your receipt in the box, with your return form.
5. Ship your package to us via UPS, Fedex or Postal Service. Be sure to put your RA# on the shipping label. Items returned MUST have a RA# or they will be refused at the shipper’s expense. Our Address is 7300 Broadway, Denver, Colorado 80221.

Your account will be credited after receiving and inspection of the merchandise. We cannot offer credit for shipping cost if your order reached you in good condition.
